Model 3998 Cooling Kit (Up to 10,200 Btu/hr.)This kit includes the large Vortex Tube and all interchangeable generator sets for cooling rates up to 10,200 Btu/hr (2,570 kcal/hr.) The filter, cold air muffler, hose and clips are also included. Vortex Tubes convert an ordinary supply of compressed air into two streams; one hot and one cold. Applications include cooling hot melts, cutting tools, welding horns, electronic controls, soldered parts and gas samples. Temperatures adjustable from -50°F to +250°F.
