Our compressed air powered Line Vac is engineered to quickly and economically transport large volumes of material over long distances. The Line Vac passes a small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles to create a vacuum that draws in a high volume of material. Large throat diameters and no moving parts allow more material to pass through without the risk of clogging as well as drastically reducing maintenance. To make setup easy, it is designed to connect to standard hose or tube.

Line Vac Kits include a mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator in order to provide clean, oil-free air at the proper point-of-use pressure.

The Threaded Line Vac performs like the Line Vac with the added benefit of providing a more positive attachment to intake and outflow piping. This can be useful in rigid piping installations and where uneven loads pass through. The threaded ends are compatible with standard fittings that can be found at any hardware store or plumbing supply shop.

Like the Line Vac, kits are available that include a mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator in order to provide clean, oil-free air at the proper point-of-use pressure.

The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor. Although its appearance is similar to the Line Vac, performance is dramatically increased. In order to handle the higher wear associated with moving substantially more material over longer distances, the Heavy Duty Line Vac is constructed of hardened alloy.

The Sanitary Flange Line Vac is engineered for environments that require frequent or mandatory cleaning. Performance is similar to our Line Vac but is specifically designed to work with standard ISO 2852 sanitary flange connectors. The Sanitary Flange Line Vac is constructed of Type 316 stainless steel to provide superior corrosion resistance from harsh cleaning chemicals and their design provides limited areas that could entrap bacteria.

When lower throughputs over short distances are desired, the Light Duty Line Vac is a good choice. This simplified design utilizes a two-part threaded construction to provide effective conveying at a lower cost. Air consumption is reduced to a volume appropriate for moving small volumes of material at short distances. Conveying rates are easy to control by regulating the compressed air supply pressure.
