EXAIR Air Amplifiers are a simple low cost way to move air, smoke, fumes and light materials. Using a small amount of compressed air, Super Air Amplifiers pull in large amounts of surrounding air to produce high volume, high velocity outlet flows. Utilizing no electricity and no moving parts the Air Amplifier is long lasting and is a great solution for venting welding smoke, cooling hot parts, distributing heat in molds and ventilating confined areas.

EXAIR Safety Air Guns are durable and comfortable solutions for blowoff and cleaning in your facility. Meeting important OSHA standards, they provide powerful and efficient blowoff coupled with beneficial safety features of reduced noise levels, and the inability to be blocked which prevents harmful dead-end pressures. All of our air guns are designed to work with EXAIR's engineered Air Nozzles. Pipe extensions and Chip Shields are available for further utility.

EXAIR's Air Knives offer a more efficient way to clean, dry, or cool parts, webs or conveyors on your production lines. They deliver a uniform sheet of laminar airflow with hard-hitting force while remaining exceptionally quiet. Multiple lengths up to 108" and four materials are available. Engineered Air Nozzles and Jets reduce noise levels as well as air costs while providing an efficient blowoff for cooling and drying operations. A great alternative to open pipes, copper tubes and drilled holes, these OSHA safe Air Nozzles can save up to 80% of air usage while also providing a 10 dBA or more reduction in noise. Perfect for part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part ejection and more.

EXAIR's compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose or tube up to 6" and threaded pipe up to 3 NPT to create a powerful in-line conveyor. Line Vacs are ideal for moving large volumes of material over long distances with minimal compressed air. Material flow rates are easily controlled with a pressure regulator and offer optional brackets for easy mounting and installation. With no moving parts or electricity, these air conveyors come in multiple materials and sizes to fit your application.

EXAIR Air Wipes provide 360° degree laminar blowoff perfect for blowoff, cooling, or drying of pipes, tubing, cables, and extruded shapes. No contact with product and no wiper blade. Complies with all OSHA noise and pressure standards.

EXAIR Atomizing Spray Nozzles atomize fluids in a range of spray patterns for a variety of uses. Combining liquid and air, Atomizing Nozzles create a fine mist perfect for washing, coating, cooling, dust control and more. All models use stainless steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance and are available with a patented No Drip feature to conserve valuable liquids and eliminate drips.

Liquid atomizing spray nozzles are good general-purpose nozzles for industry and are commonly used with inexpensive liquids like water, rinse aids or detergents while also very effective with chemicals, pesticides and herbicides.
