Compressed Air Knives for Industrial Cleaning & Cooling

Plumbing kits installed on a Super Air Knife™ provide properly sized compressed air hose or pipe, and fittings to interconnect the bottom or end compressed air inlets for best performance and to simplify installation. Available installed on all Super Air Knives from 24"-108". EXAIR's Super Air Knife is engineered to dramatically reduce compressed air usage and noise while entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1.

Force and flow through the Full-Flow Air Knife may be easily adjusted by changing shims. Plastic shim sets are available for aluminum Full-Flow Air Knives and stainless shims are available for stainless steel Full-Flow Air Knives.

EXAIR's Standard Air Knife Deluxe Kits include a Standard Air Knife, EFC (Electronic Flow Control), Universal Air Knife Mounting System, shim set, filter separator and pressure regulator (with coupler). The Standard Air Knife, EXAIR's original air knife design, entrains ambient air at a ratio of 30:1 to produce a powerful airflow.

Deluxe Full-Flow Air Knife Kits include a Full-Flow Air Knife, EFC (Electronic Flow Control), Universal Air Knife Mounting System, shim set, filter separator and pressure regulator (with coupler). The Full-Flow Air Knife is engineered like our original standard air knife with the added benefit of an airflow across its entire length. They also provide the smallest footprint of our Air Knife line to fit in cramped machine spaces.

Coupling Bracket Kits join two Super Air Knives together to provide longer than stock lengths. The kit includes two rigid plates along with the assembly screws. The bottom plate is supplied with a hole to access the bottom compressed air inlets. All models include stainless steel screws.
