Air Knife to Contain and Move Light Weight Cotton Down a 65" Wide Chute

This customer processes cotton type fibers that are very light weight and not compressed. The fibers come out of a hopper onto a chute this is 65" across. The chute is on an angle and tapers to a conveyor. The distance of the chute is 3 - 4' then dumped onto the conveyor. The customer uses a Model 110072 72" (1829mm) Super Air Knife to blow over the top of the chute which assists in conveying the product and also helps contain the product onto the chute instead of blowing it out of the chute.
