Blowing Reject Bags from a Fill Line

A custom machine builder manufactured a packaging machine for a popular snack stick. Sometimes the machine would miss filling the bag and the empty bag would get packed with the good material. By mounting a Model 2018 18" (457mm) Standard Air Knife below the conveyor and blowing it up through the mesh, the empty bags would be blown upward into a vacuum system to eliminate the empty bags from being packed.
