Brush Cleaning
Company manufactures extruded metal forms. They fixture the parts on bristle brushes mounted on a chain conveyor. Parts to be painted are slipped over the brushes. After painting and the parts are removed, some contaminants remain on the brushes and contaminate the next part to be loaded. Using two Model 2012 12" (305mm) Standard Air Knives blowing against the brushes as they pass between them, they eliminated the need to install a wash station and extra length of conveyor for drying.
