Cabinet Cooler Protects Electrical Panel from Heat Until Steam Leak is Repaired
This customer operates a steam powered electrical generation plant, and has an electrical panel located near a boiler. A steam leak was blowing onto the panel and overheating it. The leak occured during peak energy season, and they could not shut down the boiler in order to fix the leak until the end of the season. They instead installed a Model 4215 NEMA 12 Cabinet Cooler System, which protected the panel's internal components from the heat until they could shut the boiler down for repair.
