Cleaning Wood Panels to Eliminate Imperfections
A hardboard wood panel manufacturer has installed Model 110048SS 48" (1219mm) Stainless Steel Super Air Knives to clean the surface of the hardboard panels prior to the final pressing. This final pressing will create a very smooth finish or an embossed design. Any wood particles or wood dust present must be blown free of the panel so it will not affect the quality of the final surface finish.
