Convey Long Thin Fibrous Material for Packaging

Company manufactures various types of gift packaging and seasonal/holiday items. They are conveying strands of Halloween spider web material up 30-50 ft to a machine that will fold and package it. The strands are usually 20 ft long, so they need to be able keep it stretched out until folding and packaging, to make it easier to pack and to keep it from tangling up. It will keep the material flowing in a smooth stream, as the material is continuously flowing, and being cut every 20 ft.
