Conveying Metal Bottle Caps

This customer is a brewer and bottler of several German-style beers. They need an easy, hands-off way to convey formed bottle caps into the hopper that the capping machine pulls from. They need to convey approx 115 caps/minute. The Model 6084 2" (51mm) Stainless Steel Line Vac will provide a large enough throat diameter to accommodate the caps and will provide enough power to convey them the required distance to the hopper. This eliminated a person having to physically dump a finite amount of caps into the hopper at regular intervals.
