Conveying Stamped Aluminum Chips for Chemical Process

The customer uses left-over stamping pieces from condenser coils to act as a catalyst for chemical reactions that they perform inside of reaction vessels. The problem is that they get these aluminum pieces in super sacks and need a way to get them into the vessel. Model 6084 2" (51mm) Line Vac was purchased for the application to convey enough product in a given amount of time. The aluminum chips are wetted so they are a bit sticky due to surface tension. This kind of conveying system eliminated the customer having to hand feed these aluminum chips into the mixing vessel.
