Cool Drill Bits to Prevent Surfboard Foam Warping

Customer manufactures surfboards.  The boards are made of a lightweight foam material that is susceptible to melting and warping due to heat generated by the drilling and shaping processes.  There are two drill bits just a few inches apart that need to be simultaneously cooled to prevent heat related issues.  A Model 5330 High Power Cold Gun with Dual Point Hose Kit will provide plenty of cooling to both drill bits, and the dual point hose kit will allow the cold air stream to be split equally to each drill bit to provde even, simultaneous cooling.  This significantly reduced the number of rejected boards due to melting and warping.
