Cooling Donut Glaze

Customer manufactures glazed donuts. The glaze has to cool  before subsequent operations or else it smears and causes a reject. The process was sped up for more productivity causing insufficient time to cool the glaze. They installed Model 110030 30" (762mm) Super Air Knife to provide a a sheet of cooling air. The reduced cooling time not only eliminated rejects but they were able to implement other productivity improvements and speed the line up even faster.
