Custom Credit Card Maker Cuts Defects With Super Ion Air Knife

A printer makes custom cards by laminating a logo printed on a PVC substrate. They would lose as many as 20% of these cards due to blemishes caused by dust and particulate trapped between the laminate and card. The dust was attracted by static electricity.
