Directing Fleece Particles Toward A Vacuum Hood

A textile company who is producing fleece was taking the raw material over a drum densely covered with small spikes to prepare the material for processing. At this operation there are many fine particles that get airborne and need to be captured with a vacuum hood. The vacuum hood is holding a static charge and becoming clogged due to the fine particle buildup at the intake. A Super Ion Air Knife is being directed over the spiked drum and into the vacuum intake. This has eliminated the need to stop production and clean the hood so often.
