Drying A Conveyor Belt Following A Sanitizing Wash
A frozen food manufacturer needed to blow a conveyor belt dry after a wash and sanitizing process. This blow off keeps the belt from freezing up after it enters a spiral freezer. They replaced a blower with a Model 110024 24" (610mm) Super Air Knife on a conveyor after it had been washed and sanitized. The blower was too large and noisy with mediocre results. The Super Air Knife proved to be the best solution.
