Drying Bottles Before Labeling
Company manufactures bottled liquor. They need to dry off filled and capped bottles of liquor before applying the label. (2) pieces of Model 110009 9" (229mm) Super Air Knives mounted vertically next to the bottles and (1) piece of Model 110003 3" (76mm) Super Ion Air Knife mounted across the top will create an archway for the bottles to pass through, and remove all liquid on the outside of the bottle that could prevent proper adhesion of the label, resulting in fewer rejected bottles due to flawed labels.
