Drying Grinding Wheels Prior To Dressing
A machine shop has a vertical grinder that when they dress the wheels they have to run them for a period of time to spin off the coolant before they can dress the wheel. This adds to the time the machine is out of production. Mounting the Super Air Knife to the wheel dresser arm, they were able to blow the wheel dry in half the time it took letting it run to spin off the coolant.
