Dust Evacuation - filters
Customer manufactures automotive oil filters. The form and pleating operation creates paper dust that destroys the conveyor motors, head pulley bearings, and anything mechanical in less than a year. Enclosing the form and pleat operation and exhausting it with a Model 6086 3" (76mm) Aluminum Line Vac, the paper dust was contained and filtered. Maintenance and repairs were virtually eliminated, saving them an estimated $4000 per year.
