Company manufactures inkjet marking systems with a 4-1/2" wide print head. When this print head is shut down, it has an air ingest operation to pull the ink through the jets which keeps them clean and unclogged. They have experienced debris from the outside environment getting pulled into the ink jets and causing print quality problems.
