Eliminating Jams On A Chute For Rubber Parts
A medical manufacturer has a rubber part die cutting process that relied upon a gravity chute to transfer parts into a tote pan that was carried to a parts washer. The parts would jam in the chute. A Model 6086 3" (76mm) Line Vac vacuumed the parts directly from the die cutter to the parts washer. They eliminated the chute jamming issue and cut out the tote carrying process to increase productivity.
