Eliminating Personnel Shocks On A Door Painting Line
A company manufactures doors running on a conveyor line after they have been painted and coated with a PVC protector. The doors run through some rubber coated rolls and create a great deal of static that has zapped the employees. They have tried ground wires and tinsel but they both have caused scratches in the finish of the door. A selection of EXAIR Ion Bars are providing a non-contact solution to the problem.
