Eliminating Static Cling And Dust On Polyurethane

A manufacturer of polyurethane foam sheet is putting the 72" wide web through a slitting operation. The cutting knives created dust and small particles which were clinging to the web. EXAIR manufactured a special Model 112072 72" (1829mm) wide Super Ion Air Knife to eliminate the static charge and provide a blow off on the entire surface of the foam. We have successfully eliminated any unwanted debris and dust from the surface of the foam.
