Eliminating Static On A Fiber Fill Operation

A furniture manufacturer fills cushions with poly fiber fill. The fill comes in a dense package which is shredded and fluffed. The static charge created caused serious problems of operator discharge at the cushion fill point. Operator shocks were eliminated using (4) Model 8199 Ionizing Points and (2) Model 7960 Power Supplies.
