Evacuating Molding Gas
Company manufactures automotive seats. They fill molds with expanding foam to make the stuffing for the seats. The problem they are having is evacuating the gases formed by the expanding foam. They were getting gas pockets which leave voids. The Model 800017 E-Vac was able to evacuate the internal gasses eliminating scrap due to gas voids.
