Extrusion Blow Off

This manufacturer of windows extrudes window frames then passes them through a water bath to cool and set the extrusion. Subsequently the water needs to be removed as the extrusion emerges from the water bath. They had been using blower operated air knives but with little success. They were noisy and required frequent maintenance. Installing a Model 2402 2" (51mm) Super Air Wipe and passing the extrusion through the center of it, the 360 degrees of high velocity air blow off removed the water effectively. Installation was easy and maintenence was nil.
