Film Static
Static was reduced by adding a Model 112012 12" Super Ion Air Knife to a manufacturer's machine. There was a film that stuck to the tops of the trays because of static. The Super Ion Air Knife removed the static, and the air from the Super Air Knife blew away the plastic, so they can stack the trays correctly and quickly.
