Food Conveying With a Line Vac

Company manufactures food processing equipment. They needed a way to convey various food pieces such as crispy rice, nuts, and pretzel pieces from bulk bags up 20ft into a hopper at approx 5lb/min.  Because it is a food application, Stainless Steel was required. A Model 6964 2" (51mm) Stainless Steel Line Vac Kit was recommended, as it will provide the best combination of high vacuum level and high material flow rate. The kit also includes a pressure regulator for material flow adjustment and an air filter to remove any water and dirt contaminants in the air line. The kit will allow for a low cost, low air consumption, and low maintenance, as well as hands-free solution for their food conveying need.
