Fume Control
Customer UV coats an extrusion. As the extrusion exits the UV process, fumes evaporate off and contaminate the work area. Mounting a Model 110006 6" (152mm) Super Air Knife at the exit to the UV chamber, and blowing down onto the product and back towards the chamber, vapors were directed back into the UV chamber, protecting the work environment.
