Heavy Duty Line Vac Conveys Plastic Pellets Quickly and Easily
A manufacturer of custom conveyor systems was looking for an alternative to an auger conveyor for a particular customer's installation. They needed to move 1/8" diameter polymer pellets into a hopper, 13 feet above ground level. Using our Model 152200 2" (51mm) Heavy Duty Line Vac Kit and Model 6934-20 2" (51mm) ID Clear Reinforced PVC Conveyance Hose, they were able to achieve a conveyance rate of approximately 50 lb/min, at a fraction of the cost of the auger conveyor system.
