High Power Super Air Nozzle Blows Debris From Saw Table

This customer processes lumber with a large Rip Saw, fitted with a large downdraft table vacuum system. There is a 3" section, though, that is outside of the vacuum system's reach, where not only saw dust, but also chunks of wood, will pile up. This debris, if allowed to accumulate, causes problems with their manufacturing process. They tested a Model 110003 3" (76mm) Super Air Knife but it was not able to move the chunks of wood. We then recommended trying the Model HP1125 2" Super Air Nozzle. They positioned it to blow in the center of the area - this eliminates all debris, which allows them more processing time and less down time for cleaning.
