High Velocity Air Jet Prevents Cutting Fluid Drips From Machined Parts

A customer is machining 3/4" diameter x 10" long shafts. After machining, the shafts are moved to a conveyor. On the way, cutting fluid drips on the floor, causing a housecleaning and safety problem. They had installed drip pans that would collect and return the cutting fluid to the machine, but they would collect unwanted foreign material as well, which was obviously undesirable.  To solve this problem, a Model 6013 High Velocity Air Jet was positioned to blow the cutting fluid back into the machine, which kept the floor...and the cutting fluid...clean.
