Company specializes in ship repairs. Customer currently uses a pipe with ¼" drilled holes running at 10 PSIG to help contain sand blast media during the sand blasting operations on ships. EXAIR has replaced the old setup with Model 110048 48" (1219mm) Super Air Knives. The EXAIR Super Air Knives can be used at higher pressure of 30 PSIG which will increase air velocities which contain more blast media and still results in a 60% reduction of compressed air consumption.
