A cement company had an electrical panel that was getting cement dust inside. A Model NHP4340 Non Hazardous Purge 2,800 BTU/hr NEMA 12 Cabinet Cooler System was used to add a slight pressure to keep the dust out and the electronics cool.
  1. A dirt and dust resistant NEMA 12 Non Hazardous Purge Cabinet Cooler® System provides a slight positive pressure in the enclosure to keep contaminants from entering small holes or conduits. They are available with a thermostat control. Dirt and dust resistant NEMA 12 thermostat control systems are the most efficient way to operate a Cabinet Cooler. They save air by activating the cooler only when internal temperatures approach critical levels. The standard thermostat control systems include an adjustable thermostat factory set at 95°F (35°C). All Cabinet Coolers are UL Listed and CE compliant.

  3. Non Hazardous Purge Cabinet Cooler® System provides a slight positive pressure in the enclosure to keep contaminants from entering small holes or conduits. NEMA 4 (IP66) Cabinet Coolers are available in many cooling capacities for large and small control panels. All Cabinet Coolers are UL Listed and CE compliant. They are a low cost, reliable way to cool and purge electronic control panels. The compact Cabinet Cooler can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout. NEMA 4 (IP66) Cabinet Coolers (dust-tight, oil-tight, splash resistant, indoor/outdoor service) incorporate a low pressure relief valve which closes and seals when the cooler is not operating to maintain the integrity of a NEMA 4 enclosure.
