Keep My Pepperoni Clean

Company produces pepperoni rolls. At the final stage the casing is conveyed on a v-shape conveyor and runs off the end and into a catch bin. The roll picks up other debris including string, casing, etc. that needs to be blown off before packaging. They were letting the debris go on with the packaging and their customer did not appreciate the condition of the pepperoni when it was received. Using the Model 2403SS 3" (76mm) Stainless Steel Super Air Wipe and Model 2353SS 3" (76mm) Stainless Steel Super Air Wipe Shim Set, the customer eliminated the debris on the pepperoni rolls and their customer was satisfied with the cleaner product.
