Line Vac Air Operated Conveyor Removes Downtime

Customer manufactures cotton coil used in the beauty industry. The coil is manufactured in a continuous length up to 1000 feet. The packaging station for the coil is many feet away from the manufacturing station and they have been placing the coil into a bulk hopper which is moved to the packaging station. Moving the bulk hopper takes valuable time and effort from the manufacturing process personnel. They have installed an EXAIR Model 6983 2" (51mm) Line Vac Kit and Model 6934-20 20’ of transfer hose to carry the coil to the packaging station. This has eliminated the need for the operator to stop production and move the coil from manufacturing to packaging.
