Line Vac Allows Pretzel Maker To Reclaim Excess Salt

This customer is a maker of popular snack foods.  When applying salt to their pretzels, they had to flood them with more than required to get full coverage, which led to a lot of wasted salt.  Looking for a sanitary way of reclaiming the salt, they installed a Model 6063 1-1/2" (38mm) Stainless Steel Line Vac, which conveyed the excess salt back into the feed hopper, saving them $20,000 annually in salt costs.
