Line Vac Conveys Paper Cone Cups

This customer wanted to convey and separate a stack of paper cone cups (popularly used for shaved ice treats) over a distance of 7' horizontal and 9' vertical, and then back down into a steel drum. Our Model 6087 4" (102mm) Aluminum Line Vac with 3 feet of suction hose and compressed air supply pressure of 20psig delivered the cups in a stack of approximately 30 to the suction side, cup end first and successfully conveyed without jams and minimal wear to cups. The cups were separated and did not remain stacked during testing.
