Line Vac Cuts Time To Mix Potting Soil Vermiculite
This customer mixes vermiculite with potting soil and needed a way to not only transfer it, but also blend it with the mix. Our Model 6083 1-1/2" (38mm) Aluminum Line Vac enabled them to vacuum transfer the vermiculite into the mixing pot, while the blender paddles stirred the mixture. Since the air flow caused the vermiculite to "spray" out, it spread evenly across the surface, eliminating clumping, and decreasing the time to mix by 10%.
