Line Vac Eliminates Mess, Aids In Recycling OSB Trim Waste
Customer manufactures OSB (oriented strand board) wood product. Waste OSB trim was cleaned up periodically, but, as it accumulated, it left an undesirable mess in between cleanups. The pieces range from 1/2" length to 4" W x 6" L x 1/32" Diameter. They installed a Model 6088 5" (127mm) Aluminum Line Vac to convey the shavings and trim scrap back to bin to recycle the material back into the manufacturing process. This not only eliminated the mess, but also allowed them to increase the amount of recycled material.
