Line Vac Feeds Bottle Closures to Machine
Customer manufactures catsup. Customer needs to be able to feed catsup bottle caps from a box up into the hopper of their capping machine. Currently they do the old "bucket and ladder" type system which requires an operator to get up on a ladder and extend themselves to fill the hopper. This takes time and is dangerous. Customer was able to convey the caps to the hopper with the Model 6067 4" (102mm) Stainless Steel Line Vac which made for a safer work environment and allowed the operator to concentrate on other aspects of the process.
