Line Vac Helps Clean Rotary Valve
This customer is using a Model 6084 2" (51mm) Aluminum Line Vac to help evacuate a vent for a rotary valve. The valve has an air flow coming in from the other portions of the body and the vent air was not enough to evacuate the cell and pull the necessary vacuum on the empty chamber. They simply needed some accelerated air flow and the Line Vac was able to provide that. This helped them to speed up their production because there was no need for shutting down to clean out the valve body.
