Line Vac Pulls Particulate from Copper Fittings
A Manufacturer of tube cutting and forming machinery must remove particulate from inside of copper tube fittings prior to packaging. This is the last step in the copper fittings process. The fittings have been cut and formed but need to be free of particulate before sealing them in a package. They have chosen an EXAIR Line Vac Model 6084E, 2" (51mm) Line Vac with a 2" NPT suction and a 2" OD smooth connection on the positive pressure side. The threaded end allows the customer to screw the Line Vac into a fixture to vacuum out the debris and the smooth end accepts a waste line transfer hose to carry the particulate into a central waste system.
