Line Vac removes Label Backer Scrap

A flexographic printer is manufacturing small pressure sensitive labels. The labels are die cut to produce indicidual labels rather than a continuous roll of labels. After the labels are die cut the scrap paper had been left to drop on the floor and accumulate. EXAIR's customer was not pleased with the aesthetics or saftey of leaving the paper to fall on the floor. They called us for a solution and we provided a model Model 6082 1-1/4" (32mm) Aluminum Line Vac which is grabbing the scrap paper and conveying it into a bulk hopper for removal. This has eliminated any safety issues and eased the task of cleaning up the scrap.
