Line Vac Removes Non-Conforming Parts
Customer manufactures contact lens cases. They mold the contact lens cases and then the cases go into an inspection process. Non-conforming parts are left on the fixture and the fixture is moved to an area where they need to be removed. The customer needed a controlled way to remove the lens cases and convey them back to a grinder for re-processing.
