Line Vac Sucking Metal Scrap

Customer manufactures metal fabrications of various types. One process is a metal stamping operation which requires removal of a round, quarter-sized, metal blank from the work area. They currently blow them out of the local area, but still have a build-up of material over time which causes performance issues for the punching operation after a while. This causes them to have down-time to clean up these blanks. The Model 6083 1-1/2" (38mm) Line Vac is able to keep up with the production of the metal blanks and remove them to a scrap bin to keep the process running throughout the full shift. When the barrel gets full, they simply change it out without stopping the machine now. Cleaning the machine used to take up to 45 minutes.
