Line Vacs Convey Dry Ice Pellets in Winery

This customer operates a winery, and uses dry ice to rapidly cool the wine during a particular step of the fermentation process. They were using a forklift to raise large bags of dry ice above a catwalk, where it was manually dumped in, but the process was not very safe or time effective. During a recent expansion, they incorporated (2) Model 6066 3" (76mm) Stainless Steel Line Vacs to convey the dry ice pellets up 20' to the top of the holding tanks and disperse the ice throughout the tanks.
