This customer makes melamine panels that are thermally fused onto wood based cores, and are used to build furniture. The finish of the panel is critical, and any debris left on the core wood panels or the melamine causes unacceptable defects on the surface of the finished product. The 80" wide panels are difficult to blow off consistently with other products which could not fully cover that dimension.
