Micro Air Nozzle Ejects Gummy Candy Pieces From Mold
This customer makes fruit gum candies, or "gummy bears," by pouring liquid gelatin into molds. Once cooled, the sticky texture makes it difficult to removed from the mold. A Model 1010SS-9262 Stainless Steel Micro Air Nozzle with 12" Stay Set Hose was installed to eject the candies out of mold. The ease of repositioning the Stay Set Hose was the key to success.
